I would always respect new comers and treat them equally without teasing them
I'd give new comers items that are needed
Ill be active (at least 8 hours a day or more)
I will solve players problems e.g fights or swearing ETC.
I have had my own server and have gained the trust in other servers to become a head admin.
If there are any teasing, swearing or cussing i become very strict and take actions such as: jail/mute/ban/ip mute or if and other issues ip ban!
I will advertise 3 hours everyday
